Responsibilities

Execute, control, and analyze the company's accounting records, ensuring compliance with current accounting and tax standards.

Perform account reconciliations, prepare financial statements, calculate taxes, and support internal and external audits.

Analyze and classify accounts, record journal entries, and identify process improvements in accounting and finance.

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring data integrity.

Assist with audits by providing documentation and clarifications.

Stay updated on changes in accounting and tax legislation to ensure compliance.

Collaborate with finance, tax, and controlling departments to validate information.

Participate in projects to improve accounting processes and systems (ERP).

Perform other related activities as required.

Requirements

Graduation in Accounting with an active CRC registration.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Experience with the Domínio accounting system.

Knowledge of accounting standards, CPC, IFRS, and corporate legislation.

Experience with tax obligations such as IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS, SPED, ECF, DCTF.

Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, financial closing, and tax calculations, especially in companies with Lucro Real.
