Amazon Account Manager
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Amazon Account Manager with over five years of experience managing high‑performing accounts. This senior role involves driving growth, optimising product listings, managing stock, and growing subscription revenue across the full Amazon funnel from awareness to conversion.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Amazon storefront operations, ensuring all listings, content, and pricing are accurate, compliant, and optimised.
- Optimise product titles, bullet points, images, and A+ content to increase visibility and conversion.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as revenue, sales, sessions, conversion rate, and Buy Box %.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, manage FBA stock, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Plan and execute promotions, vouchers, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales and visibility.
- Oversee the Subscribe & Save programme, analysing revenue, churn, and retention while implementing growth strategies.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to protect and strengthen brand reputation.
- Analyse search performance to improve organic visibility, click‑through rate, and add‑to‑basket rates.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to provide insights and guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Amazon account management, e‑commerce, or digital marketing, preferably within the health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven success in managing and scaling high‑performing Amazon accounts.
- Strong understanding of Seller Central, FBA, SEO, and performance analytics.
- Highly data‑driven, with the ability to interpret KPIs and implement actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating conversion‑focused product content.
- Proficient in Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Brand Analytics, with exposure to international marketplaces.

Important Things to Note
- 30 UK Time (1‑to‑2 hour time difference in SA time)
- This role follows UK Bank holidays and not SA public holidays.
- This role will be employed through an EOR and is not considered contracting.
- You will be responsible for your own stable internet connection and are not reimbursed.
- You will be required to have backup power supply for internet and laptop during power outages.
