Trainers and sales coaches to guide you to our standards, upon training:

• Uncapped commission
• No claw backs
• Get paid from sale one.
• Bonuses per week
• Get paid weekly, averages per week (R1800.00 R6500.00) upon meeting and exceeding target
• You still get paid per sale even if you are not on target.
• R160 per sale
• 60% of target reached R800 developmental incentive
• 100% of target met R1000 developmental incentive
• Full paid training
• On the job training everyday

If you are awarded a permanent position with UDM International you will receive a monthly salary= basic + uncapped commission + no clawbacks.

Our average salary currently is R27 535.00 per month.

Training hours

• Friday: 07:30-14:30 (you get an hour off earlier)
