A non-profit organization in South Africa is seeking a full-time freelance Relationship Manager to support its alumni community. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and French, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about education and community development. Responsibilities include engaging with alumni, managing CRM records, and participating in community activation initiatives.

Our innovative programmes equip learners with the practical skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today's rapidly evolving tech industry. Through a combination of rigorous coursework, industry partnerships, and hands‑on projects, we prepare our students for in‑demand roles in software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity.
The Relationship Manager plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our alumni community. As the primary point of contact for graduates, you’ll ensure every alumnus feels supported, heard, and guided in their professional journey. You’ll also contribute to the broader mission of increasing employability, fostering engagement, and strengthening the impact of the ALX community across Africa.
This role requires fluency in both English and French, as you will be engaging with alumni across multiple African regions, including Francophone countries.
The role is a full‑time freelance position.
Bilingual in French and English.
The required work hours are 40 hours per week.
