We are currently seeking a full-time Airport Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions at the airport, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process various forms of payment for airport services, such as ticket purchases, baggage fees, and parking fees
• Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
• Assist passengers with inquiries regarding airport fees and charges
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and report any discrepancies
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service for passengers
• Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as airport regulations and security protocols
• Keep the cashier area clean and organized at all times
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred
