Placements24 is hiring an experienced Aircraft Dispatcher / Flight Operations Officer for our client in Upington, Northern Cape, SA. You will plan, file and monitor flight plans, calculate fuel, assess weather, and coordinate with crews to maintain safety and efficiency.

• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using flight operations software and standard office applications.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities
