• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and evaluating AI-generated content — that directly improve AI model performance
• Assess AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats for quality, accuracy, and appropriateness
• Follow clear task guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluations
• Flag issues such as errors, bias, misleading content, or poor-quality outputs
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented and consistent — you take pride in accuracy and follow-through
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without close supervision
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Comfortable using web-based platforms and digital tools
• Reliable and responsive when it comes to meeting task deadlines
• No prior AI, tech, or specialist experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in content review, data entry, research, or quality assurance
• Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an end user
• Background in writing, editing, or critical analysis
