Job summary

Salt is seeking an AI Team Lead to guide the design and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will lead AI-powered product development, architect Agentic AI and multi-agent systems, and scale enterprise knowledge systems.

Ideal candidates will have strong Python development, hands-on LLM/GenAI expertise, experience with LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen, and cloud experience on Azure, AWS or GCP. You will mentor AI Engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen or similar.
• Cloud experience across Azure, AWS or GCP.
