Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
Programming experience in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a research setting.
Good communication skills for collaboration in Stellenbosch.

Responsibilities

Assist senior researchers in conducting experiments and analyzing AI model performance.
Develop and implement proof-of-concept AI algorithms under supervision.
Collect, clean, and process data for training machine learning models.
Document research findings and contribute to technical reports.
Participate in team meetings and present progress updates.
Explore new AI techniques and tools relevant to ongoing projects.
