Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced accounting instructors to shape how AI understands financial concepts. You will review and refine accounting content used to train AI, ensuring accuracy and clear explanations across financial statements and managerial accounting.

The role is remote, hourly, with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week, offering flexible scheduling and potential for ongoing work with Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching accounting at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of financial and managerial accounting principles.
• Ability to critically evaluate written quantitative and rule-based reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Review accounting questions, explanations, and worked examples used in AI training datasets
• Assess the accuracy of concepts spanning financial statements, bookkeeping, internal controls, and managerial accounting
• Identify errors, edge cases, misleading logic, and gaps in reasoning
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the precision and pedagogical quality of AI-generated content
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
