The AI Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven initiatives across the organization.
This role bridges technical expertise, business strategy, and client management to ensure AI solutions meet performance, compliance, and operational goals.
Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with strategic objectives while being delivered on time and within budget.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2+ years in AI, machine learning, or digital transformation.
Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum, Lean, or other project management methodologies.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
C1 English level.
Define, manage, and monitor the roadmap of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and client requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring expectations are met.
Lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, conversational designers, and operations specialists, through the lifecycle of AI projects.
Ensure all AI solutions meet industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC2).
Define success metrics, monitor KPIs, and oversee quality assurance processes to maximize program outcomes.
Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve issues that could impact delivery or adoption.
Support client organizations and internal teams in adopting AI-driven solutions through training, documentation, and process updates.
Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of AI delivery.
