• Experience in Product Management, Agile delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with AI, ML, Generative AI, analytics, or data-driven products.

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI products that generate measurable business value and exceptional user experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, data, and innovation, driving AI initiatives from concept through implementation and value realization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, machine learning engineers, architects, governance teams, and executive leadership to deliver impactful AI products and services.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Strategy & Discovery

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities across the business.
• Conduct product discovery by understanding user needs, business processes, and market opportunities.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals for AI initiatives.
• Define measurable business outcomes and product success metrics.

Product Ownership & Requirements Management

• Own and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Translate business requirements into actionable product features and user stories.
• Define user journeys, integrations, data requirements, acceptance criteria, and operational processes.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on value and strategic objectives.

AI Solution Design & Delivery

• Partner with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Solution Architects to evaluate AI technologies and solution approaches.
• Assess trade-offs between model performance, cost, scalability, security, explainability, and operational requirements.
• Drive delivery of AI products through Agile methodologies and iterative product development.

Roadmap & Product Lifecycle Management

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Lead AI pilots, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), experimentation, and product releases.
• Ensure successful product adoption, business readiness, and value realization.
• Manage product enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Data, Governance & Responsible AI

• Define data readiness requirements and collaborate with data owners to ensure quality and accessibility.
• Drive AI governance, risk management, compliance, privacy, and Responsible AI practices.
• Coordinate approvals and ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.

Product Performance & Value Measurement

• Establish evaluation frameworks, KPIs, monitoring requirements, and performance reporting.
• Track adoption, benefits realization, operational performance, and customer outcomes.
• Use data-driven insights to improve products and optimize user experiences.

Commercialization & Stakeholder Management

• Support product positioning, pricing models, ROI assessments, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and executive reporting.

Required Experience

• Experience working with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Analytics, or Data-Driven Products.
• Experience conducting PoCs, pilot programmes, A/B testing, and evaluation frameworks.
• Exposure to data quality, data governance, and data readiness initiatives.
• Experience in developing business cases, ROI assessments, pricing models, and commercial strategies.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, change management, and business value realization.
