Hands‑on skills in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

Ability to bridge technical and business worlds, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Track record of delivering enterprise‑grade AI solutions from concept to deployment.
