About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI Practice Lead to architect and deliver enterprise-scale AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on engineering expertise combined with client-facing consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales or delivery leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of production-grade AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI or equivalent).
• Strong foundation in distributed systems, cloud architecture, APIs, databases, event-driven architecture and CI/CD.
• Experience with AI evaluation, context engineering, observability and enterprise integrations.
• Lead client workshops, solution discussions, technical proposals and AI transformation roadmaps.
• Advise clients on AI strategy, operating models, governance and adoption.
• Build and mentor AI engineering teams and develop reusable frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture or Delivery Leadership.
• Ability to engage with CTOs and senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives and engineering teams.
