Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) seeks a Marketing Instructor to shape AI training content focused on marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and brand positioning. You will review and critique AI-generated questions and explanations used in educational datasets, contributing to high-quality, real-world learning materials.

The role is fully remote, hourly, and contract-based, offering flexible hours (10–40 per week) and opportunities for ongoing collaboration with leading AI researchers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching marketing at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and business communications.
• Ability to critically assess written business reasoning and evaluate quality of strategic recommendations.
• Skilled at delivering clear, constructive, and structured written feedback.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated marketing questions, scenarios, and explanations for AI training datasets.
• Assess quality and accuracy of reasoning around brand positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Provide structured feedback to improve instructional quality of AI outputs.
• Identify misconceptions or gaps in AI-generated marketing content.
• Work independently and asynchronously to complete tasks on your schedule.
