Role Description

The AI Implementation Specialist will support the rollout of AI across global operations by identifying, analysing, and implementing high-impact use cases across operations, hospitality, retail, agriculture, ecommerce, and support teams. This role bridges business processes with AI tools by helping teams reimagine workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and measure tangible outcomes. You will be the “on-the-ground” implementation engine of the AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with teams to identify repetitive or data-driven tasks suitable for AI automation.
  2. Conduct process mapping and value assessments.
  3. Document and standardise AI use cases.
  4. Build AI Agents and Assistants e.g. using N8N.
  5. Partner with Engineering and Data teams to integrate AI tools into workflows.
  6. Assist in upskilling staff regarding AI.
  7. Tracking and reporting of key KPIs.
Skills & Competencies
  1. Strong process engineering and workflow design skills.
  2. Practical experience with automation tools, LLM-based solutions, and low-code integrations.
  3. Analytical thinker with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
  4. Excellent communicator with strong documentation and follow-through skills.
  5. Comfortable working across diverse teams in operations, hospitality, retail, agriculture and digital.
  6. Passionate about AI’s potential to optimise real-world processes.
Experience & Qualifications
