Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly principled AI Ethics and Governance Specialist for a fully remote position. You will establish frameworks, policies, and best practices to guide the ethical use of AI within the organization, ensuring responsible development and deployment of emerging technologies.

You will lead ethical risk assessments, advise product teams, and develop training materials while staying ahead of regulatory changes (GDPR, POPIA) and evolving governance standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field with focus on ethics or governance.
• 3+ years of experience in AI ethics or governance.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and societal impacts.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and frameworks.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
