Responsibilities

• Engineer and evaluate prompts using test-beds to identify failure modes and fix failures.

• Configure agent workflows with tool-calling, state management, and loop control.
• Run benchmarks to evaluate hallucinations, bias, and safety using standard rubrics.
• Containerize models with Docker and deploy runtimes like Kubernetes or CloudRun with managed endpoints like Vertex AI or SageMaker to invoke LLMs.
• Build and monitor production dashboards (latency, errors, tokens) and escalate issues using runbooks.

• Build and monitor production dashboards (latency, errors, tokens) and escalat[e] issues using defined runbooks.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 0-3 years of foundational experience in software development, machine learning, or artificial intelligence frameworks.

Educational qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

An Honours or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a relevant quantitative field.
