About Us

Ollie Health is an AI-enabled wellness company that's transforming how enterprises support their people.

We're building the world's most advanced AI healthcare model, integrated with leading healthcare platforms and global enterprises.

Our solution, trusted by top global enterprise clients, leverages advanced AI to deliver personalized wellness intelligence and support in real time.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team at the intersection of full‑stack development and applied AI.

You'll dedicate roughly 70% of your time to AI/ML, designing, training, and deploying the models that power our core health and wellness intelligence.

This includes a proven track record of architecting LLM inference infrastructure that serves millions of requests daily with cost‑efficient scaling strategies.

The remaining 30% will focus on ensuring a seamless, high‑performance integration with our PostgreSQL application and overall system architecture with the assistance of the Systems Engineer.

What You'll Do
  • Design, train, and fine‑tune machine‑learning models, including supervised and unsupervised approaches.
  • Build and maintain Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Apply a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods to build accurate and efficient AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to integrate AI outputs into a polished UI and real‑time dashboards and analytics reports.
  • Build and maintain full‑stack features using React and Python services.
  • Deploy and optimize models across AWS, GCP, or Azure, selecting the best environment for each workload.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor teammates on AI best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proven track record of training and fine‑tuning models and implementing RAG solutions.
  • Proven track record leveraging AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Llama‑LLM) and strong understanding of machine‑learning algorithms and practical ML pipeline design.
  • Hands‑on experience with vector databases and scalable retrieval systems.
  • Expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript & React and solid Python for ML pipelines.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, remote startup environment.
  • Experience designing and implementing secure data protocols when working with large language models (LLMs).
  • Practical knowledge of PII detection and redaction, including encryption and privacy‑compliance measures.
  • Comfort delivering projects from architecture through deployment in a fast‑moving, remote startup environment.
  • Experience with MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for ML).
  • Familiarity with the wellness, healthtech, or HR tech domains.
  • Contributions to open‑source ML or AI tooling.
  • Mobile App Experience.
Why Join Us?
  • Shape the future of AI‑powered corporate healthcare.
  • Your work will directly impact leading enterprises and their employees.
  • Design & deploy an AI healthcare model that is used by a global user‑base.
  • Work fully remote with flexible hours and a collaborative, mission‑driven culture.
  • Be part of a small, senior team where your decisions have direct product impact from day one.
