Job summary

Drumroll Agency in Cape Town seeks a versatile 3D artist to bring digital campaigns to life with 3D assets, characters, and scenes. You will take an active role in concept development and deliver high-fidelity visuals for ads, social content, and web visuals.

You will report to the Creative Manager and collaborate with a copywriter and marketing teams to solve client challenges using industry tools and emerging AI. A strong portfolio is essential to showcase your work and versatility.

Qualifications

Portfolio shows 3D characters/environments for digital ads and social content.
Experience with 3D software and AI-powered tools for modeling/texturing/rigging/animation.
Degree in a related creative field and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead creation of 3D characters and environments for digital ads and social content.
Interpret briefs and contribute to early concept development with visual storytelling.
Model, texture, light, and render 3D assets with high fidelity for multiple formats.
Collaborate with internal creatives to align assets with campaign strategy.
Stay updated on 3D design trends and AI tools to enhance workflow.
Manage multiple projects, ensure quality and timely delivery.
Own concepts, execution, and production of assigned campaign work.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and external partners.
Basic video production and motion graphics skills a plus.
Provide a tools list in application and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
