Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced automations using platforms liken8n, Make, or Zapier.

• Automate processes across a range of tools including GoHighLevel (CRM), Notion (project management), Slack (communication), and Google Workspace.
• Collaborate with team leads to integrate AI‑powered solutions into day‑to‑day operations.
• Translate existing SOPs and manual processes into efficient, scalable workflows.
• Maintain clean documentation and version control to ensure clarity and transparency.
• Refactor outdated automations into a robust, modern low‑code stack.
• Uphold best practices for automation consistency, governance, and usability across teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience building low‑code / no‑code automations.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, authentication flows, webhooks, data routing, and error handling.
