Placements24 seeks an AI Automation Engineer to join the operations team in Soweto, Gauteng. You will identify automation opportunities, design and implement AI-driven solutions, and monitor performance to optimize business processes. A blend of AI/ML, automation tools, and process analysis is required.

You will work with RPA and AI integration platforms, develop ML models for predictive tasks, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements. Hybrid work arrangement is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• Proven experience in process automation or related role.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their use in automation.
• Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and simple model integration.

Responsibilities
