Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging knowledge to promote the product range effectively.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, establishing partnerships with growers.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with existing clients, providing tailored seed solutions.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams to share market insights.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate trials at growers' locations.
• Be responsible for trials in sales area.
