Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Brits. The role involves managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and conducting employee engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a degree or diploma in HR and 5-10 years of management experience in HR, preferably with agricultural workers. Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in HR management.
  • Experience with IR matters preferred.
  • Must reside in Brits or Hartbeespoort area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage UIF, COIDA, Department of Labour compliance.
  • Conduct employee engagement sessions in the field.
  • Advertise vacancies and support recruitment initiatives.
  • Handle employee contracts and maintain records.
  • Manage employee relations and legal matters.

HR management experience
