Job summary

Agri Technovation (Pty) Ltd is seeking a field sampling assistant based in Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal. You will collect soil, water and leaf samples from farms, capture precise location data, and complete job cards in line with SOPs.

You will ensure samples are dispatched to the correct laboratories and assist with weekly checks where required. The role requires good computer skills, fluency in Afrikaans and English, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and proficient in data entry.
• Proficient in Afrikaans and English (speaking and writing).
• Able to lift and carry >6 kg comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Collect soil, water, leaf, petiole samples from farms per SOP.
• Capture location data on Trimble or MYFARMWEB CAPTURE.
• Complete online job cards and accurately capture data.
• Ensure samples reach the correct laboratories.
