Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer support role with product knowledge.
• Driver's License and Passport are required.
• Knowledge of agricultural application technology is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to dealers and troubleshoot product issues.
• Promote and market genuine spare parts through campaigns.
• Design and deliver training programs for dealers and Jupidex personnel.
• Represent Jupidex at farmer days and product demonstrations.
• Support commissioning of new machines and provide training.
