Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Agronomy, Plant Science, Genetics, Soil Science, or related field.
• Post-doctoral research or 3+ years in agricultural R&D.
• Strong background in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific methodology.
• Proficiency in R, SAS and laboratory techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with publications track record.
• Hybrid work supporting fieldwork and lab analysis near Soweto.
