The role requires 3–5 years in financial analysis within agriculture, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Agriculture or related field.
• 3–5 years of financial analysis, credit underwriting or loan administration experience in agriculture or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and market data of agricultural enterprises.
• Prepare credit risk assessments and loan structures.
• Monitor portfolio performance and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with agronomy experts to understand production cycles and costs.
• Develop sector-specific financial models including seasonal and climate risks.
• Present findings to credit committees and management.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and government subsidies.
• Support relationship managers in client acquisition and retention.
