Requirements
- A degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
- Business Analysis certification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Proven experience working within financial services (insurance) industry is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Proficient in Agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., backlog management, workflow tracking, documentation platforms)
- Solid understanding of systems integration, data flow design, and interface documentation
- Excellent skills in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder engagement
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams
Responsibilities (summary)
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Testers to translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Support backlog prioritisation and alignment to strategic business outcomes
- Ensure requirements traceability and effective communication between business and technical teams
- Contribute to testing activities including UAT planning and validation
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure continuous improvement
