Job description

As Agent Support Coordinator , you will play a key role in strengthening trade partner relationships, particularly with small and mid-volume travel agents.

Acting as the first point of contact, you'll handle enquiries, guide agents through booking processes, and promote the use of digital tools such as availability portals and itinerary builders.

You will also assist in creating onboarding guides, hosting webinars, and preparing sales collateral to improve agent engagement and self-sufficiency.Beyond day-to-day support, you'll contribute to trade campaigns, research new prospects, assist with event logistics, and help ensure that the sales team delivers a best-in-class service to its global network of partners.
