You have 3+ years of account management or client-facing role experience (preferably in an ad / digital marketing agency)

You are curious about Meta & Google Ads

You pride yourself on building long-term client relationships

You enjoy collaborating with talented media buyers and creatives

You're organized and detail-oriented, but also able to see the big picture

What You’ll Actually Do :

Lead strategy development for major e-commerce accounts

Manage clients' day-to-day communication / requests

Work directly with decision-makers (no endless approval chains!)

Track and analyse clients' campaign performance alongside our expert media buying team to assess if KPI's are met

Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients

Prepare reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Spot growth opportunities and upsell new services

Must-Haves :

3+ years managing accounts (preferably within an advertising or digital marketing agency)

Track record of retaining and growing client accounts

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience managing multiple high-value relationships
