Internally : Workshop Foreman / Controller & Admin Office / Capacity Planner / Service Manager / Parts Manager

Externally : All Customers & Sub-let Suppliers

Main Purpose of Position

To strive in providing customers with a professional service experience whilst ensuring adequate communication between customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction goals
