About the Role

This role is focused on providing a safe, engaging, and structured environment for children after school hours. You will be responsible for planning and supervising a range of activities, ensuring children's homework is supported, and fostering a positive social atmosphere. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and passionate about supporting children's development outside of traditional school hours, building strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff to ensure a seamless and enriching aftercare experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise a variety of age-appropriate aftercare activities, including homework assistance, crafts, sports, and games.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program at all times.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.
