Job summary

A community development organization in Paarl is seeking an Aftercare and Community Development Manager. This role involves overseeing aftercare operations, supporting learners with their academic and personal growth, and coordinating community initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a teaching qualification, 10+ years’ experience, fluency in Afrikaans and English, and strong leadership skills. Flexibility is required for extra hours, with a driver's licence and own transport preferred.

  • 10+ years of teaching experience required.
  • Available Monday–Friday, 08h00–17h00, with flexibility for extra hours.
  • Code 8 driver’s licence with PDP and own transport.
