Qualifications

  • Certified / Trade Tested Diesel Technician / Mechanic with completed Apprenticeship.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Service Management.
  • 3 Years After Sales experience as a Regional Aftersales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure dealer network diagnose, test, adjust and repair systems of all company products.
  • Compile aftersales reports for all regions based on KPI's.
  • Provide support function to workshop front line staff.

SA - Gauteng, Germiston R25 000 per month - R30 000 per month Our client in the Automotive Industry in Germiston is looking for an After Sales Manager, required to travel to dealerships across South Africa.

Minimum Requirements
  • Certified / Trade Tested Diesel Technician / Mechanic - completed Apprenticeship with 5 years' experience as a Qualified Technician / Mechanic
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Service Management
  • 3 Years After Sales experience as a Regional Aftersales Manager and exposure to Dealer Networks
  • A recognized qualification in Business Development or Transport Management
  • Ensure dealer network diagnose, test, adjust and repair systems of all company products
  • Experience with Workshop maintenance and repairs, stock holding, age analysis, service operations - repair orders, upselling, job card audits, battery tester, fix first time - dealer skill level, dealer equipment, dealer standards
  • Compile aftersales reports for all regions based on KPI's
  • Communication : Liaise with clients, after sales communication, customer care queries
  • Provide support function to workshop front line staff
