Job Description

We are seeking an After Sales Engineer responsible for selling Alfa Laval transactional products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop spare parts service including service contracts and upgrades in assigned territories and industries.
  2. Collaborate with the team to secure Capital and Partner Sales across the country/cluster.
  3. Manage Lead to Order process for enquiries related to Spare Parts & Services.
  4. Own sales order intake responsibility for the country/cluster.
  5. Visit customers, identify, and respond to their needs.
  6. Use installed base maps/apps to find customers and build relationships.
  7. Increase market share and customer coverage in the territories.
  8. Work closely with service, customer excellence, and P&A teams.
  9. Manage key accounts and develop new customer relationships, including non-buying customers.
  10. Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts on order intake.
  11. Ensure compliance with group and local policies and contractual commitments.

Qualifications & Experience

Engineering degree with 2-5 years of experience, including at least one year in sales. Experience in Power Plants, Mining, Paper Mills, or Steel industries is advantageous. Knowledge of PHE separators or decanters is preferred.
