Qualifications

• At least 8 years of implementing, managing, and supporting Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience managing and developing high performing teams.
• Business knowledge of supply chain execution, specifically in distribution centre services.
• Experience organizing major IT projects like system updates, migrations, and outages.
• Track record of delivering high team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage project pipeline from the Maersk Contract Logistics business.
• Attend business review meetings with customers to gather areas of improvement.
• Work with teams to implement and deliver IT solutions.
• Develop the TCO team to upskill them.
• Coordinate with global teams for necessary development.
• Ensure Technical KPIs are maintained across change and support.
• Act as communicator during major incidents.
