As a Paralegal, you will provide support to the entire Legal Affairs department. You will assist with various tasks and perform all preparatory work for the legal counsels. Additionally, you will manage standard documentation, and for new documentation or amendments, you will ensure implementation. You will also relieve the burden by managing agendas, annual planning, preparing corporate law decisions, and other preparatory work for the Supervisory Board, and the Complaints Committee of Deloitte. You will work at the ATBD office, as part of the newly established Deloitte NL OGC Support Hub, and will be surrounded by ambitious and enthusiastic colleagues who enjoy collaborating and striving for the best results together, as part of a new paralegal team. You will work with the OGC department of the Deloitte NL firm and have a challenging and varied role encompassing the following aspects:
