Job summary

A leading South African financial services provider is seeking a Customer Service representative in kwaBhaca (Mount Frere) to deliver high-quality services while identifying new sales opportunities. The successful candidate will possess a Grade 12 certificate, valid driver’s license, and a minimum of 3 years experience in sales. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, CRM data entry, and ensuring operational compliance. A basic salary of R7000 plus performance bonuses will be offered.

• Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car.
• FAIS Compliance (NQF Level 5 FSCA Approved Qualification).
• Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality service to customers while securing new business.
• Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions.
• Schedule follow-up actions and enter information into the CRM system.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts.
