An exciting opportunity has opened for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to join a fast-growing powerhouse in the iGaming and Sports Betting industry.

In this role, you’ll combine commercial insight, negotiation skill, and data‑driven strategy to build, scale, and optimise affiliate networks across multiple regions. You’ll be a key player in shaping the brand’s global reach and ensuring affiliate performance drives measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard top‑performing affiliates across established and emerging markets.
  • Build and nurture strong, long‑term partnerships—ensuring alignment, transparency, and growth.
  • Negotiate competitive commission models, revenue share agreements, and bespoke commercial deals.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, product, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Analyse performance data (FTDs, NGR, CPA, ROI, LTV, churn) to refine acquisition strategies and optimise results.
  • Ensure all affiliate activities align with responsible gaming and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Monitor traffic sources to prevent fraud, safeguard brand integrity, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Stay ahead of affiliate and market trends, adopting new technologies and tactics to gain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Affiliate Manager or Senior Affiliate Executive within iGaming, betting, or performance marketing.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance acquisition cost against lifetime player value.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with leading affiliate tracking and reporting platforms (e.g., NetRefer, MyAffiliates, Income Access).
  • Resilience under pressure and comfort working in a fast‑paced, live‑sports‑driven environment.
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ direct affiliate or performance marketing experience.
  • Multilingual ability (particularly in African or European languages) is a strong advantage.
