Working pattern: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for launching and scaling our affiliate and influencer marketing programme from the ground up to drive customer acquisition in South Africa.
This is a chance to build the programme's strategy, localise best practices, and build strong relationships with partners to ensure measurable ROI.
Your success will be pivotal in establishing Virgin Bet SA's presence in the competitive iGaming landscape.
Develop and execute a structured outreach strategy to identify high-potential affiliates and influencers.
Build and manage the affiliate and influencer portfolio for Virgin Bet South Africa.
Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive commission structures and partnership terms.
Conduct market research to uncover untapped acquisition opportunities across digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to launch targeted campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
Develop and execute promotional calendars aligned with product launches and sporting moments.
Act as a strategic advisor to affiliate partners, providing tailored marketing support and optimisation tips.
Design and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework that tracks KPIs and objectives.
Manage the technical setup and ongoing maintenance of affiliate tracking systems.
Oversee CRM systems, commission structures, and budget allocation for the affiliate programme.
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign management tools
Understanding of commercial models such as CPA, CPL and revenue share
Ability to articulate and advocate for affiliate strategies with all stakeholders
Skilled in securing favourable terms and building long-term partnerships
Capable of navigating complex challenges with creative and effective solutions
Ensures accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and partner management
Proactively identifies growth opportunities and drives execution
