The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving operational efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of all processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient processes across multiple departments, including production, logistics, and supply chain.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop teams, ensuring all employees are working toward company goals and maintaining a high level of performance.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Oversee budget preparation and cost management, ensuring operations are executed within financial constraints while optimizing resource allocation.
• Health, Safety, & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, fostering a safe and compliant working environment.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term operational strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with experience in performance management and team development.
• Process Optimization: Strong background in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement techniques.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and goals are met.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation.

Education
