Ideal candidates have at least 4 years in aerospace manufacturing or precision machining, proficiency with CNC tools, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or apprenticeship in manufacturing or a related field is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or precision machining.
• Proficiency in operating various manufacturing tools and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Understanding of quality control principles and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install aircraft components using precision tools and machinery according to technical specifications.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, lathes, mills, and welding equipment.
