Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Pretoria is seeking a Client Liaison to enhance client support and resolve queries. Overview

The client liaison team is responsible for the servicing of the Financial Advisor Offices with any matter relating to our clients' products, processes, transactions, web services as well as general queries regarding their client's investments.

Our client advocates excellent client service and strives to be the number one service provider in industry.

They promote an innovative and entrepreneurial culture and appreciate the manifestation of these initiatives within their service offering.

Responsibilities
  • Manage flow of work items (instructions, queries, requests)
  • Resolve rejections via email or telephonic
  • Manage exceptions of internal and external stakeholders
  • Log and resolve queries
  • Provide feedback on relevant queries as and when needed
  • Manage all inbound calls from IFA's, their assistants, and the administration office
  • Work collaboratively with IFA's and all relevant stakeholders
  • Submit, track, and give feedback on any instructions to Advisors and Advisor Assistants
  • Maintain agreed upon turnaround times on all administrative tasks
  • Attend regular team meetings
  • Understand the changing servicing needs of Advisors
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support brokers / broker assistants and provide training to their assistants
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years relevant industry experience
  • A business focused degree
  • RPE / CFA / CFP certification will be advantageous
  • Matric qualification having passed both core Mathematics and English
  • Minimum 18 months experience and strong technical knowledge of Linked Products, Local Unit Trusts, and Offshore Funds
  • Excellent understanding and navigation of our clients' system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Business Afrikaans (reading, writing, and speaking) will be an advantage
