LifeCheq is transforming financial advice across emerging markets through our cutting‑edge technology platform, empowering over 8, financial advisers to deliver holistic, personalised financial planning to the underserved mass‑affluent market.
We’re launching our Accredited Adviser Program (APP) – an ambitious initiative to add several thousand productive advisers over the next two years that will be placed with our distribution partners.
As Adviser Growth Lead, you’ll spearhead the adviser recruitment and activation engine that powers this transformation.
Own the adviser acquisition funnel.
Design and execute multi‑channel growth strategies to massively scale LifeCheq’s adviser program.
Run data‑driven experiments across digital campaigns, referral programs, and real‑world events.
Drive multi‑channel campaigns, executing innovative online and offline campaigns targeting career‑changers with the right core skills.
Leverage social media, partner networks, community events, and search to generate robust pipelines.
Continuously test and optimise channels for maximum conversion and ROI.
Build thriving adviser communities by creating engaging forums, mentorship programs, and recognition events that drive retention and referrals.
Foster a sense of mission and belonging that makes our program aspirational.
Travel regularly to major metros for career fairs, info sessions, and recruitment events.
Apply hypothesis‑driven approaches to identify funnel drop‑off points and opportunities.
Build predictive models and run A / B tests on campaigns, landing pages, and email sequences.
Report on key metrics and ROI to senior leadership.
Cultivate strategic partnerships by collaborating with industry associations, career transition programmes, and educational institutions.
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Training, Key).
