Blacksmith Agency seeks ambitious Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and build pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching target accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified discovery calls with prospects.

You will use LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean CRM records, and collaborate with Account Executives to hit volume and quality targets.

Formación

• B2B sales experience preferred; quota-carriers welcome.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

About the Role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Advertising Sales Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients. This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
