Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure basic customer details in CRM are accurate and note follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel script.
• Make calls to develop relationships and be the first contact for queries and complaints.
• Follow procedures to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide routine business development support and follow established procedures.
• Identify potential customers through referrals and existing client information.
• Extract and input relevant data into standard formats.
