Job description

Overview

This initiative is part of our commitment to increasing womens representation in the technology sector. Participants will receive practical in-demand skills across four key streams:

• Data Engineering building data pipelines databases and analytics solutions
• DevOps cloud platforms deployment practices automation and infrastructure-as-code
• AI Engineering developing and applying machine learning and AI solutions
• Software & Automation software development testing and process automation

The programme also includes mentorship career coaching and industry exposure equipping participants to thrive in the digital economy.

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen (Born Citizenship)
• Must identify as a woman (programme is designed to support womens participation in tech)
• NQF Level 5 or higher qualification in an IT specialised stream.
• Completed qualifications in Computer Science Information Technology Software Development Cyber Security and other tech domain-specific qualifications.
• Be able to provide your certificate of highest academic achievement.
• Between the ages of 18-34 years
• Passion for building a career in advanced digital fields
