Qualifications

• Proven experience as Cleaning Technician or in a specialized cleaning role.
• Proficient with industrial cleaning equipment and tools.
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, properties, and safe application.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards in commercial environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required by client needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning services, including deep cleaning, disinfection, and sanitization of sensitive areas.
• Operate and maintain advanced cleaning machinery and tools, such as industrial extractors and UV-C sanitizers.
• Handle and apply a range of cleaning chemicals safely and effectively, adhering to strict protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during cleaning operations.
• Conduct pre- and post-cleaning assessments to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards are met.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, materials used, and any challenges encountered.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and site managers to achieve cleaning objectives.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within allocated schedules.
• Uphold the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning services.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of cleaning methodologies.
