Placements24 is seeking an Advanced Cleaning Operative for sites in Soweto, Gauteng. You will perform deep cleaning, stain removal, and sanitation across offices, retail units, and common areas, using industrial vacuums, floor buffers, and high-pressure washers.

You must be detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team, follow health and safety regulations, handle demanding physical tasks, and hold a valid driver's license for local travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Advanced Cleaning Operative or similar role.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent commercial property management firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Cleaning Operative for their properties in Soweto, Gauteng . This role involves performing specialized and deep cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation across various commercial spaces, including offices, retail units, and common areas. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using advanced cleaning equipment and techniques, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute specialized cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning, stain removal, and surface polishing.
• Operate and maintain advanced cleaning machinery, such as industrial vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and high-pressure washers.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas, including restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and individual workspaces.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring stock is maintained and tools are kept in good working order.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations during all cleaning operations.
• Respond promptly to any cleaning emergencies or specific client requests.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs observed within the properties to the management team.
